We are a female-led conveyancing practice with more than two decades of combined legal experience in the property law sector.
Initially the firm was established and founded in 2016 by Tarryn Jason-Watermeyer, in pursuit of a life-long dream to provide innovative and service orientated Conveyancing and Notarial services. After nearly a decade in the same industry, Angélique Bester joined the firm and Watermeyer Bester Inc. was born in 2025.

Our directors are directly involved in every matter, ensuring precision, speed and seamless service delivery – all while maintaining the highest levels of compliance, as well as striving for transparent client communication throughout conveyancing and notarial processes. Tarryn graduated in 2008 as a pharmacist and thereafter in 2012 with her LLB. She was a candidate attorney at MacRobert Inc Attorneys in Cape Town; and was admitted as an Attorney in early 2015. She was also admitted in 2016 as a Conveyancer and in 2018 as a Notary Public. In 2025 she became a Master Property Practitioner in Real Estate (MPRE).
Jason Attorneys Inc. was founded and directed by Tarryn in 2016. Since 2025 the firm is now named and known as Watermeyer Bester Inc. With its focus always being and remaining on Conveyancing and Notarial services.
Tarryn is highly experienced in Transfer and Notarial Services and prides herself on delivering “efficiency meets excellence” on each one of her matters. With her healthcare, principal property practitioner and legal qualifications, Tarryn embodies a person of high moral fibre. All these aspects combined give her clientele a unique benefit with her invaluable legal expertise and knowledge.

In 2011 Angélique graduated with her LLB and in 2012 with her LLM. She was a candidate attorney at A Batchelor & Associates Inc. in Cape Town. She was admitted as an Attorney in mid 2015 and as a Conveyancer in 2016.
From 2016 Angélique specialized in Bond Registrations, Bond Cancellations, Transfer and Development Transfers whilst working at Roopa Potgieter Cape Town Inc. Being made a director there in 2018. Her knowledge and specialization in Conveyancing services continued when she assisted in heading up a new conveyancing branch in Cape Town for Fivaz Inc. from 2020 until the end of 2024. In 2025 she came on board as a director at Jason Attorneys Inc., a perfect fit as her focus has always been and remains on Conveyancing services; the firm is now named and known as Watermeyer Bester Inc.
Angélique is highly experienced in transfers, Estate Late transfers, development transfers as well as mortgage bonds and bonds cancellations. Her track record and ability to deliver in high-volume projects whilst maintain high compliance standards embodies the firm’s “efficiency meets excellence” standards.
